Mauricio Chavez Jr., 61, passed away on November 10, 2021. He was born on December 6, 1959 to, and was preceded in death by, Maria de los Angelas (DeLeon) and J. Mauricio Chavez.

He is survived by his siblings, Anthony (Brenda) Chavez, Guadalupe (James) Gonzalez, Candy (Eddie) Arizmendi, Patricia, Teresa, and Lisa Chavez, and nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Sunday, November 21, 2021 at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8941 Kleinman Rd (one block south of Ridge Rd) Highland, IN, 46322 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
