Patricia "Pat" L Rogers

Patricia "Pat" L Rogers, 89, of Highland, Indiana, was a beautiful angel that has gone of this world to be at the Lord's side on April 10, 2021. 

Pat is preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, George "Bucko" J. Rogers. She is survived by her five loving children: Mark and wife Mona Rogers of Schererville, IN, Jon and wife Maria Rogers of Greenbrier AR, Steve Rogers of Schererville, IN, daughters Kristine and husband Michael Mihalic of Mountain Home, AR, Tina Rogers of Highland, IN, along with 11 grandchildren, and 27 great-grandchildren. 

Pat was the matriarch and the protector of the entire Rogers family. She dedicated her life to her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She nurtured them ALL with her unconditional LOVE, kindness, compassion, understanding, dedication, and strength. She endured so much during her 89 years here on Earth and proved to be an amazingly strong beautiful woman both physically and spiritually.

Pat enjoyed every moment spent with her family. She loved going for rides in the car and telling stories of her younger days going to "George Rogers" Clark High School, Whiting beach, and Cedar Lake. Moreover, some of the family's fondest memories were made up in Michigan where generations of the Rogers family came to rest, play, laugh, fish, pontoon, and spend quality time together. Pat was notorious for catching more lily pads with her jitterbug than fish during those stays. 

Pat touched to hearts of so many people during her life, including all of her family, friends, and neighbors. Pat will be dearly missed by all whom had the pleasure of knowing her. "Jó éjszakát" MOM.
