Paul Emigdio Olivares

It is with great love and deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Paul Emigdio Olivares a beloved Great Grandson, Grandson, Son, Brother, Nephew, Cousin, and Friend, who left us on March 30th, 2025 at the age of 25. Paul E. was more than just a family member—he was a hero, a guiding light, and an inspiration to all who knew him.

Born on April 3rd, 1999, raised in Whiting, IN. Paul E. lived a life of kindness, courage, and dedication. He was known for his unwavering loyalty, his selflessness, and his ability to bring warmth to every room he entered. Paul E.’s impact on the world was immeasurable. He always put others before himself and faced every challenge with strength and determination.

Paul E. is survived by his loving family members—Great-Grandma, Luisa, Grandma, Edna, Grandpa, Emigdio, Grandma, Becky, late Grandpa, Paul Sr., Mom, Emmeline and Husband Keithan, Dad, Paul and Wife, siblings, Marcilena, Mia, Jordan, Kenzie, Keithan, Kaija, Zoe, and Michael, Bonus Father, Eric, nieces Waverly and Evangeline, and nephew Aramis. As well as countless Cousins, Uncles, Aunts, friends and loved ones whose lives he touched. Though his time with us was too short, his legacy of bravery and compassion will live on through each of us forever.

A service to honor Paul E.’s life will be held on Saturday,  April 12th 2025 from 1:00-5:00pm at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8941 Kleinman Road (one block south of Ridge Road) Highland, IN.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to donate trees in his memory.

Paul E. will always be remembered for his stoicism, heroism, his love, and his unwavering spirit. His memory will remain in our hearts forever.
