Philip Ray Webb

Phil Webb age 69, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2025. 

Phil is survived by his siblings, Jim, Lisa, Nancy and Jackie.  Also survived by nephew, Adam (Alona), niece Amy and great-niece Addison. 

He was preceded in death by parents, Alex and Josephine; brother, Steven; nephew, David and brother-in-law Tom.  Also preceded by his grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Phil lived and worked in Florida for many years at Chubby's Pizza & Subs in Tampa, Florida.  He made his way back to Highland to be around family, but he did miss the warm weather of Florida.  Phil taught himself to play guitar with Neil Diamond songs, and he never stopped enjoying the music.  He was great at quoting movie lines, especially from his favorite movie, Caddyshack.  He was a lifelong Cubs fan, and became a Dallas Cowboy fan as an adult, and enjoyed watching them play.      

Phil had a wonderful sense of humor, loved a great golf game, a good cigar and a nice drink.  Phil will definitely be missed by all who knew him. 

A Celebration Of Life will be held on Friday, February 7, 2025 from 4:00-7:00 PM at Langel's Piizza, 2833 Highway Avenue Highland, IN. Please RSVP by text or call to 219-670-8005 by January 30, 2025 to reserve your seat.
