Ralph Batton

Ralph Batton, age 87, of Highland, Indiana passed away on Sunday October 17, 2021. He is preceded in death by his Mother Ruth Evans, Father Emil Steuer, Wife Mary Jane Batton, and Sister- In- Law Rosemary Steuer.Ralph is survived by his wife Kathryn, Brother Ron Steuer, Son Mark (Debbie), Son Chris (Cindy), Granddaughter Lisa (Michael) Moore, Great Grandchildren Kennedy (Michael) Tiller, Carter Moore and Kelsey Moore. Step Children Kitten Garcia and Britton Day.  Six Step Grandchildren and Three Step Great Grandchildren.

Ralph was a retired Hammond Fire Fighter with 32 years of Service. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, riding his Harley, and spending time in his garden. He was loved by all and will be truly missed.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2021 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at Hillside Funeral Home 8941 Kleinman Road Highland Indiana with a Funeral Service to follow. Interment will be at Concordia Cemetery 6551 Calumet Ave. Hammond, Indiana. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Ralph's name.
