Rick Kish

Rick Kish, former resident of NW Indiana, passed away March 16, 2025 after visiting with friends and family. He was the second son of Joe and Eleanor Kish who preceded him in death. Survived is his two brothers Ron and Joe Kish, as well as his wife Bonnie Kish and daughter Jenny Kish Kirkpatrick, son in law, Matt and grandchildren Kaelyn 10 and Miles 8.

Rick and Bonnie moved to Santa Rosa California 46 years ago and were married for almost 53 years. 

Enjoying the nicer climate, Rick continued in the auto repair industry for 40 years and became one of the top 10 of 1,500  Buick Master Technicians. Rick shared his knowledge by teaching 20 years at the local Santa Rosa Junior College after getting his lifetime teaching certificate from UC Berkeley. Rick was a born teacher and earned the nickname of "Professor" from his many students. 

Rick was much loved by many and loved to laugh. He will be greatly missed. Private services will be held here in Indiana as well as in California.
