Samuel Clement Lagalo

Samuel Clement Lagalo II, 72, of Merrillville, Indiana, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 14, 2023. In 1970 he met the love of his life, Catherine Ann Lagalo and they married one year later. Together they raised four children, Samuel III (Theresa), Melissa, Jeremiah and Nicole which he poured love into their six grandchildren, Holli, Kayla, Kyle, Cameron, Zephie and Keziah. Throughout his life Sam had a passion for dancing, cooking, baseball, fishing and became a master gardener. Everyone who knew him, knew how much he loved being a grandpa and coaching his grandson Kyle in baseball. His absence will be felt by many and greatly missed.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2023 beginning at 2:00 PM followed by a Funeral Service at 6:00 PM with Rev. Daniel Lamb officiating at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center 8941 Kleinman Road (one block south of Ridge Road) Highland, IN.
