It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved matriarch, Sandra Szo, who left us peacefully at the age of 81 on March 23, 2025. A woman of grace, strength, and unwavering love, she touched the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Sandra Szo was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is survived by her loving husband of many years, Charles Szo, whose companionship was a testament to their enduring love. Her legacy continues through her cherished children. She is the beloved mother of Elizabeth (Michael) Judge, Charlene (Michael) Reynders, Linda Szo, and Steven Szo, each of whom carry forward the values and kindness she instilled in them.
Sandra Szo was the dearest grandmother of Michelle (Stephan) Nathasingh, Jennifer (Gil) Hernandez, Ashley (Thomas) Doppler, Jessica (Jeremy) Hart, Casey Reynders, and Matt (Allison) Carlassare. She was the fond great-grandmother of Annabella Carlassare, Easton Hart, and Mason Carlassare. Her love for her family was boundless, and her wisdom and warmth will forever resonate in the hearts of those she nurtured with such care and devotion.
She was a beacon of compassion, a woman who knew how to listen, how to comfort, and how to make everyone feel at home. Her memory will live on in the laughter of her grandchildren, the stories shared around family gatherings, and the love that will forever be a part of all those she leaves behind.
