Sheri Gonzales

Sheri Gonzales, 59, passed away June 22, 2026. She is survived by: husband Benjamin Gonzales, child Erica (Heath) Boone, grandchildren Austin Lockhart, Ashton, Liam and Lilliana. Brothers  Rick (Sam) Newland & Scott Newland. Best friend/Sister, Kelly (Mike) Hitt. In laws Pete and Gerri Gonzales, sister in law Melissa Nemeth. Nephews Nick (Catlin) Newland, Chris Newland, Eric (Tai) Newland & Jacob Gonzales. Nieces Michelle Newland and Payton Nemeth. Great nephews Brandon Nagy and Ragnar. Great Niece Emberlynn. Last but not least, her constant furry companion, Luna.

Sheri was full of laughter, dirty jokes and love. Hairstylist for many years, pool shark, loved to fish, and have a good time. Everywhere she went, she could light up the room. Had an infectious smile and bright blue eyes that would sparkle whether she was just chatting or even more when she would be telling a dirty joke. She loved Christmas, Halloween and crafts. She had a heart of pure gold.

Sheri is preceded in death by her parents: Richard & Patricia Newland, sisters Beth & Tricia Newland, brother Robert Newland, niece Terry Barbara and her beloved dog Midnight.

Per Sheri's wishes, no formal services will be scheduled; however, the family will hold a celebration of life at a later date.
