Suette Wimmer

Suette Wimmer, 77,  of Schererville, IN, passed away Thursday, May 20, 2021. Suette is survived by her loving sons: Walter (Catherine) Piekarczyk, Jeff (Annemarie) Piekarczyk, beloved grandchildren: Jeffrey Piekarczyk, Taylor Piekarczyk, Walter Piekarczyk IV, John Finck, Joshua Goodman, Zachary Goodman, dear great grandson: Damon Piekarczyk, caring step children: Chuck, Janice, Laura, Scott, Carol, numerous additional family and friends.  Suette was preceded in death by husbands: Walter Piekarczyk Jr., and Charles Wimmer Sr.

A Graveside Service will be held at Elmwood Cemetery, 1413 169th St, Hammond, IN 46324, on Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 10:30 AM.

Suette was a longtiome employee of Omni 41, and a member of the Business and Professional Women's Group.  She also volunteered her time and served on the board of directors for Empowering Patriots, an organization that provided service dogs to veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.  In lieu of flowers donations to a local Hospice, or St. Jude Medical Center in her honor would be preferred.
