Susan E. Cooper - Elea, 74, of Gary, Indiana, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021. Susan is survived by two sons: Dennis (Karen) Alexander, Brian (Michell) Alexander, eight grandchildren, one great grandchild, siblings: Wendy (Richard) Sader, Daniel (Pam) Cooper, Theresa (Robert) Dolby, and special friends: Sue Stasko, Vanessa Cooper Burns. Sue was preceded in death by her husband Robert "Jim" Elea, nephew Rich Sader, brother Aaron Cooper, sister Kathleen Fay, and parents Luther and Lillian Cooper.

A Graveside Service for Susan and her husband Robert "Jim" will be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 11:00 am, DIRECTLY at Graceland Cemetery,1505 Morthland Dr, Valparaiso, IN 46383. Everyone is invited to attend a gathering at the Moose Lodge, 143 S. Hobart Road (Route 130) Hobart, IN right after the service.
