Teodoro "Ted" Gutierrez

Teodoro "Ted" Gutierrez, 63, of Hammond,IN, passed away on February 13,2020 surrounded by his family. He was born on July 9,1956 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.
Ted loved writing poetry for all of his family and friends. He was a doting husband, loving father and grandfather, who enjoyed playing with his four grandsons and granddaughter. He was a devout catholic who attended mass regularly.

He is survived by his wife Alicia, four daughters, Jessica (Daniel) Gonzalez, Velveth, Pamela, and Kathya, and five grandchildren Deniese, Daniel II, Armani, Damien and Arturo.
Ted had many friends at All Saints Parish and Our Lady of Grace Parish. He was always happy to see you. He will be greatly missed by his family and everyone he has encountered.

Friends are invited to visit with the family Sunday, February 16, 2020 at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center 8941 Kleinman Rd (one block south of Ridge Rd) Highland, IN 46322
from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a funeral to be held at Our Lady of Grace Church 3025 Highway Avenue, Highland, IN Monday, February 17, 2020 at 9:30 am Mass to follow at 10:30 am
