Tom was a member of Our Lady of Grace Church since birth. He was retired from Mittal Steel where he worked as an electrician in the power plant for 43 years.
Tom was an avid outdoorsman. He loved to hunt and fish with his crew. Tom, called TK by all of his friends, was proclaimed to be "THE BEST" in both sports. He supplied all of his friends and neighbors with fresh catches of lake perch, crappies, and walleye. Tom's other passion was gardening and nursery work. Whenever anyone entered the backyard of his home, they were stunned by the elegance and beauty. It was like looking at a picture from a Better Homes & Garden setting. He also enjoyed his extensive vegetable garden which he shared with many. From his garden he learned how to make delicious dill pickles & salsa.
