Tim (Timothy) L. Magura

Tim (Timothy) L. Magura, age 63, of Dyer, IN, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. He was surrounded by his loving family when he returned to our Lord.

He is survived by his loving wife, Ann L. Magura; mother, Mary Jane Magura; children, Al Magura (Allison) and Carly (Shannon) Provost- grandchildren, Avery and Kynlee; siblings, Lisa (Kevin) Lakomiak, Paul (Jeri) Magura, and Amanda (Dan) Grimmer; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by father, George L. Magura.

Tim was born June 25, 1962 and grew up in Highland, IN. He received a degree at Ivy Tech to be an HVAC technician, joined the local Carpenters Union, and remodelled many homes. He was an amazing finish carpenter. His passion was woodworking- he loved designing furniture, including cabinets, in his shop. He enjoyed playing guitar, camping, fishing, boating and swimming. He enjoyed working on cars, doing yard work, and gardening. 

Tim will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday November 29, 2025 from 2:00-5:00PM with a prayer service following at Hillside Funeral Home 8941 Kleinman Road (one block south of Ridge Road) Highland, IN.
