Vicki J. VanOsdol

Vicki J. VanOsdol, passed away surrounded by loved ones Monday, December 15, 2025. She was born July 26,1947. She is survived by: her mother Catherine Harding Wood, sons Dan Schindley, and Joe Huff, daughter Deanna Schindley - Lynch (Randy), sisters Kathy Wilhite, and Margaret Gilliand (Shawn), grandchildren Carrie Durflinger, Stephanie Schindley, Nathan Schindley, Nicole Schindley, Walker Schindley, Jessica Siver, Devon Lynch, Allan Huff, Katherine Shelton, Kathleen Corak, Chastity Huff, Nia, Valerie Howe, 12 great-grandchildren, nephew Kyle Miklik (Andy Foskey).

Vicki is preceded in death by her daddy, Billy F. Wood, and son Steven Schindley.

Vicki loved to sing. From singing in choir to karaoke, or singing to her Bill Gaither CD's while sewing. She also loved her favorite grand pup, Mischief, or as she called him "Big Boy". 

Vicki was loved by all who knew her and will be immensely missed.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 8941 Kleinman Rd (one block south of Ridge Rd) Highland, IN, 46322 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm with a Funeral Service at 6:00 pm.
