Victor Zamudio Almanza

Victor Zamudio Almanza, age 64, of Hammond, IN, passed away Monday, June 6, 2022.  Victor is survived by wife of 38 years, Irma Gutierrez Zamudio; children, Maria (Mat Leal) Zamudio, David (Elizabeth O'Boyle) Lugo and Tina (Charlie) Jones; grandchildren, Angel (Austin) Smith, Cassie Lugo, Charlie Jones and Wolf Melbrant; sister, Patricia (Felipe) Mendoza; brother, Abel (Leticia) Zamudio Almanza; Brother-in-laws, David Gutierrez, Anthony (Elizabeth) Gutierrez; Sister-in-laws, Anita Gutierrez, Detrah Gutierrez, Irene Montague, Vicki (Fernando) Garcia, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.  Preceded in death by parents Ma. Carmen Almanza Ortiz and J. Jesus Zamudio Torres; son, Juan Magallanes; Brother-in-laws, Benny Gutierrez, Jr., Ernie Gutierrez, and Ricky Lopez .  Victor loved his 33 year career with Solo Cup/Dart.

Visitation will be held at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation from 4-7 on June 9, 2022.  Services will begin at 6:30 PM. Interment private.
