Wanda Cullum

Wanda Cullum, 86, of Merrillville, Indiana, passed away at home surrounded by her family on Friday, August 30, 2019. She was born February 9, 1933 in Rock Creek, IL. Preceded in death by her parents, Irvin Osbourne and Ida Cozart, her husband Jasee Cullum, son James Cullum, and grandchildren Jeffrey and Daniel Cullum.

Survived by brothers, Chester Riley and Hershal Hooven. Sister Marcella Elders. Her children, Anettia (Bill) Holmes, Gaylen (Laneal) Cullum, Brenda "Jo" (Glenn) Nagel, Billy (Judy) Cullum, Eddy (Darise) Cullum, and David (Angie) Cullum. Numerous grand and great-grandchildren.

Friends are invited to visit with the family Wednesday, September 4, 2019 at Hillside Funeral Home & Cremation Center 8941 Kleinman Rd (one block south of Ridge Rd) Highland, IN, 46322 from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm with a Funeral Service to be held at 12:30 pm. Burial at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Cave-In-Rock, IL.

Wanda was a cook most of her life, but most of all a proud woman who loved and lived for her husband and children. Her presence will be missed and her memory cherished.
